Birch Essential Oil
Birch essential oil is derived from the birch tree and is very helpful in treating muscles spasms and joint pain. It also makes for a very therapeutic bath soak if mixed in with a bath gel or if several drops are poured directly into a pound of Epsom salts prior to dissolving the salts into a warm detox bath. Birch tea was consumed by early native Americans and European settlers. When combined with oil of arnica, birch oil makes an extremely effective therapeutic application for all kinds of muscles strains, sprains and injuries. Buy birch/arnica oil here.
