Cardamom Essential Oil

Cardamom essential oil has historically been used for paralysis, rheumatism, cardiac disorders, epilepsy, spasms, pulmonary disease; digestive, intestinal, reproductive and urinary problems.

Cardamom is more familiarly known as a cooking herb; the oil is derived from seeds.

Cardamom (Eleftaria cardamom)

Botanical family:
Zingiberaceae

Extraction: Seeds are hand-crushed, then cold extracted

Properties: Antispasmodic, antibacterial,
antiparasitic, anti-infectious

Uses: Diffuse, rub on soles of feet, stomach, solar plexus and thighs; may help with indigestion, loss of appetite, nervous disorders; fatigue; headaches; uplifting and refeshing effect

Cautions: If pregnant consult a doctor
