Cypress essential oil in aromatherapy



Cypress essential oil is a very versatile oil. Its distinctive aroma is similar to that of juniper and pine and it is often combined together with pine as a modifier.

Some things to know about cypress are:

  • It is a dietary supplement and can be added to food or drink (only one drop needed).
  • It is an excellent muscle relaxant and can used to create massage oils to relieve spasms and cramps.
