Marjoram Essential Oil

Marjoram essential oil is a good addition to any massage therapy oil. It relieves muscle aches and pains and heals bruised skin. Massage therapy with a mixture of marjoram oil greatly assists in removing edema and excess fluids from ankles, joints and swollen tissue. It is a strongly aromatic oil so must be used sparingly in a diluted mixture. A drop or two per tablespoon is sufficient but you should experiment with it to find your best combination.
