Nutmeg Essential Oil

Nutmeg essential oil has a rich nutty fragrance and belongs to that special class of aromatherapy oils that stimulate fond memories of holidays complete with fresh baked goods. You can use nutmeg oil in cooking, but very sparingly! The oil is extremely concentrated and should never be "sprinkled" liberally as you would do with the powder.
